Sony HVR-V1u
The Sony’s HVR-V1U cam is the first in its class to shoot 1080p video at 24fps, the holy grail of indie DV cinematography. Sony’s V1U is the followup to their Z1U, and is the pro companion to the FX7 pro-sumer cam.
The Great thing about the V1U is that it seems that Sony listened and made that boom mic mount completely removable. This allows the V1u the clearance needed to fit with the Epic Pro HD Underwater Video housing!
